Update to the Residents' Bill of Rights

CLEO (Community Legal Education Ontario) has recently updated information about the rights of residents living in long-term care homes. In Ontario, long-term care homes must now follow a law called the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, which includes a Residents' Bill of Rights. This resources uses easy to understand language to explain what residents can do if their rights are not being followed. It also includes a list of places that give legal help and information.
