New toolkit for resident engagement

The Ontario Association of Resident Councils, in consultation with residents, has developed a toolkit to "support and inspire collaboration between residents and LTC home leadership". It ensures that residents are true partners in shaping their homes. OARC is offering a free webinar on February 18th, 2026 at 2 pm to introduce the toolkit.
