The Champlain Region Family Council Network (CRFCN) is a volunteer group that supports family councils in order to improve the lives of residents and the quality of care in long-term care (LTC) homes in the Champlain Region.

We organize educational events to allow family councils to learn about new developments in LTC and share information and ideas. We also actively advocate for positive change and develop partnerships to promote better care in LTC.
